Mohammad Reza Sanati was born on October 6, 1983 in Yazd.

اAt the age of 14, he started playing the tonbak. About 5 years later, he became Tonbak's instructor at the Music and Culture Center of Yazd Center Radio and Television. In the mid-fifties, he started working as a tonbak player in the Chakavk music group affiliated with Yazd Culture and Art, led by Mohammad Reza Rouhbakhsh.
From 1983, he studied strings and benefited from artists such as Azizullah Parizi, Mohammad Hossein and Mohammad Reza Rouhbakhsh, and later followed the playing style of masters such as Jalil Shahnaz, Farhang Sharif and Lotfollah Majd. He learned theory, solfeggio, and theoretical music in general from Foroughuddin Tirin, who was himself a violinist..
Since 1986, he has participated in national and provincial music festivals and has performed in Vahdat Hall, Roudaki Hall, Shahr Theater, Niavaran Cultural Center and Azadi Cultural Center together with Yazd Culture and Guidance Music Group. It has been a festival.
. Among the honors of the art course, harmony with the masters of Iranian singing, the late Razavi Sarvestani, Asghar Shahzaidi, Shapoor Rahimi and also Fazel Jamshidi can be mentioned. He was also honored to be present in the presence of Farhang Sharif, Hossein Alizadeh, the late Parviz Yahaghi and Hassan Nahid.
Artistic responsibilities: Member of Yazd Music Association, elected in 1990, Member of Yazd Music Council, elected in 1997, Head of Mushtaq Music Ensemble affiliated to Yazd Art Center, Head of Erfan Music Ensemble affiliated to Yazd House of Culture, one of the observers of the 5th Song Festival Music of Holy Defense in October 1978 in Yazd and also the judge of the student festival of Payvar Music School in Yazd in 2007.
